    Most International Students are able to work in the UK while they are studying. International students can work up to 20 hours a week during term time. If you are going for a below degree level course, you will be allowed to work part time for 10 hours else it is 20 hours for foundation/ degree/ postgraduate courses. There are no restrictions during vacation periods. These part time jobs can make your study experience work even harder for your future by gaining some valuable work experience.

You can travel by train, bus, taxi or bicycle throughout with plenty of discounts available to international students. One of the cheapest options for international student travel is by bus. You can usually find a bus to hop on every 10 minutes in city centres during peak travel times. A weekly or monthly pass will save money for regular travel around town or to your place of study.
